Maeeshat Awards ceremony in Bangalore

These are businessmen, who distinguished themselves from the rest in terms of rendering services to customers, innovations, initiation, progression of the firm, ethics and social responsibility. They have set example for the other businessmen to follow and are inspiration for the young generation and the generations to come.
In its effort to recognize the work of these distinguished businessmen for their remarkable service to the society, Maeeshat Media Private Limited (MMPL) felicitated them at the 5th All India Minorities Business Summit held on November 22, 2013 at Hotel Canopy, Bangalore. MMPL is India’s first media house which focuses on the economy of Minority communities. It started the custom of felicitating the distinguished businessmen and entrepreneur in the year 2009.
As the tales of their courage, exceptional business ideas and hard work spilled out, the applause got louder and the awardees walked modestly onto the stage to collect their awards. MMPL salutes the achievers for their indomitable spirit, conviction and hard work.
Ladies First
Ms. Shenaz Zaki Khaleeli, Director of the PharmaLeaf India Private Limited, was awarded the “Best Woman Entrepreneur Award 2013”. She started the company in the year 2006 and today the company has presence on global scale.

The male wonders
Mr. Nawaz Shareif, owner of Ammi’s Biryani, bagged the Best Entrepreneur Award 2013. Started in Bangalore with only one Ammi’s Biryani outlet, it has 13 outlets today.

Mr. Abdullah Akber Ali, Director MPower Global Inc is an example of young business typhoon. He was awarded with Excellence Entrepreneur Award 2013. Maeeshat Outstanding innovations Award 2013 was presented to Mr. Syed Yasin a Computer scientist and an Entrepreneur.



This year for the first time, Maeeshat started “Corporate Social Responsibility Award”. It was presented to Muslim Industrialists Association (Regd.) Bangalore for their role in developing entrepreneurs in the community.
