Zimmer & Peacock join hands with Technando Technologies to Accelerate Biosensor Research in India

by | Jul 28, 2021

New Delhi: Maeeshat News

A piece of good news for the researcher’s community,  Zimmer and Peacock a Norwegianbiosensor manufacturing and services company plans to expand in India by collaborating with Technando Technologies LLP for their products and services.Technando will be an exclusive partner for ZP. Speaking to the director of Technando Technologies MrM.A Alam said that “Why is innovation only confined to laboratories and files?  Why after spending decades in the laboratory, We fail to bring out something commercially viable?”

Adding further Mr Alam has offered the solution to the research community, “let us analyze the real issue of quantitative analysis and real-time data,  our scientist has hands-on experience with limited data and when its comes to real-world commercial data they lack expertise in handling such data and it’s the only roadblocks to be cleared, and obviously, we have the solution”.Just to bring the research beyond the laboratory we have customized solutions for electrochemical biosensor development kits which include highly reproducible screen printed electrodes, microfluidic channels, ion-selective electrodes, miniaturized electrochemical readout electronics, and data analysis solutions, which proves helpful for the scientific community.

Zimmer and peacock working with world-renowned institutes across the globe, University of Oxford, Uppsala University and Plymouth University are a few of the names who avail services for their research.  They have already commercialized many biosensors – such as foodfesense platform for food quality monitoring, nitrate sensor for the continuous monitoring of nitrate in the soil, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and many more across Europe and America.

The motive is to bridge the gap between the research laboratory and the market and to make India a perfect destination for the commercialization of research work and other utility products.

DrMartin Peacock Director Zimmer and Peacock expressed his gratitude to the Technando Technologies team for support and expecting a symbiotic association, further he assured to provide the best qualitative as well as quantitative solutions for the researchers.
