Technology for safe world highlight of global electronics conference

NanotechnologyKolkata:(IANS) Latest technologies for a “safe and inclusive” world will be in focus at the 29th International Conference on VLSI Design and the 15th International Conference on Embedded Systems here from January 4 to 8, the organisers said on Saturday.

With participants from over 15 countries and leading semiconductor and electronics companies, this mega event will showcase the latest research and development in integrated circuits, electronic design automation and embedded systems.

The conference at ITC Sonar is being co-organised by leading technical institutes in the region, including the Indian Statistical Institute, Indian Institute of Technology-Kharagpur, IIEST Shibpur, Indian Institute of Management-Kolkata and Calcutta University.

Themed on “Technologies for a Safe and Inclusive World”, the event will feature visionary talks from world renowned academics and industry leaders, technical presentations from researchers, panel discussions, design contest and intensive tutorials.
