Riyadh (IINA) : Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, second deputy premier and defense minister, met here on Tuesday with President of World Bank Group Dr. Jim Yong Kim, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the World Bank and the available opportunities for partnership, in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. They also discussed fields of cooperation on reconstruction in Yemen.
The World Bank expressed willingness to work with Saudi Arabia and the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to forge necessary programs for reconstruction in Yemen, and to overcome the current crisis and provide the basic needs for the Yemeni people.
