Jeddah, (NNN-KUNA) : The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation announced Friday that King Abdulaziz International Airport received 7.3 million pilgrims during the period starting from November to June 2nd.

In a press statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency, King Abdulaziz International Airport Administration pointed out that 3.6 million pilgrims arrived in and 3.7 million left the airport during that period.

It added that preparations are in full swing to receive hundreds of thousands of pilgrims during the holy month of Ramadan.
