Kazakhstani, Qatari bodies ink Islamic finance cooperation deal

Astana, (IINA) – The Astana International Finance Centre has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Qatar Financial Centre.

The agreement provides for the exchange of experience and information on regulation of markets for the Islamic finance, Kazakh TV news reported.

This direction is of priority for the Astana financial center and interests investors from the Middle East. According to the Qatari delegation, their experience could be useful to the Kazakhstani counterparts in the implementation of the project.
