Iran envoy to Croatia confers with parliament speaker

Tehran, (IRNA) : Iran’s new Ambassador to Croatia Mohammad Reza Sadeq conferred with parliament Speaker Zeliko Reiner.

The two officials expressed pleasure with excellent relations culminated by visit of President Kolina Grabar-Kitarovic to Iran last May.

The Croatian parliament speaker said that Iran-Croatia parliamentary relations excellent.

The two officials underlined existing potential capacities to be used for strengthening economic ties, especially in the field of energy, transportation, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, housing, information technology and tourism.

Reiner told the Iranian ambassador about holding world day of Halal Food in the city of Opatija northern Croatia in November by initiative of Croatian Muslim community.

Mohammad Reza Sadeq has a record of service in media community and served as the advisor to President Rouhani on mass media.
