New Delhi, Sep 30,2022: Department of Management, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Social Science Research (ICSSR) has organized a two-day “International Conference on Sustainability and Digitalization: A Business, Economic and Societal Perspective” on 28th to 29th September, 2022. At the inaugural session, the keynote speaker Prof. N. Kishor Narang highlighted the issues of climate change, energy security, clean environment, greenwashing and global warming. He also emphasized the need for developing new approaches toward sustainability through digitalization. Prof. Reshma Nasreen, Dean, (SMBS and Students’ Welfare) and Dr. Syed Nadimul Haque, HoD Management also expressed their views on the said topic.
This two-day event had different sessions and tracks that witnessed several paper presentations from different disciplines with broader themes of sustainability and digitalization. Around 200 scholars, industry experts and faculty members of different organizations presented their research papers. Two plenary sessions were also scheduled for the conference.
