The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as computed/published today by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was to US$ 103.96 per barrel (bbl) on 08.04.2014. This was higher than the price of US$ 103.11 per bbl on previous trading day of 07.04.2014
In rupee terms also, the price of Indian Basket increased to Rs 6232.40 per bbl on 08.04.2014 as compared to Rs 6181.44 per bbl on 07.04.2014. Rupee-dollar exchange rate remained unchanged at Rs59.95 per US$ on 08.04.2014 as against Rs 59.95 per US$ on 07.04.2014.
