Djibouti (IINA) : Djibouti’s Economy and Finance Minister Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh, Ambassador of the European Union (EU) in Djibouti Adam Kulach, and Director General of the French Development Agency Philippe Collignon signed a financing agreement worth 10 million euros to support the Horn of Africa nation’s anti-unemployment project.
This initiative will contribute to the government’s efforts to help young people gain access to education and training opportunities, as well as to support income-generating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Al Qarn Arabic newspaper reported.
Dawaleh expressed gratitude and appreciation of the EU and the French Development Agency for the initiative, pointing out that it reflects the existing partnership between Djibouti and the two parties.
