Manama (IINA) – The Food and Agriculture Sector Committee of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), headed by board member Khalid Al Amin, participated in the Islamic Business Forum/Moscow Halal Expo held in the Russian capital of Moscow.
Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported that the forum was attended by representatives of Islamic banks and halal food from over 30 countries, and shed light on a number of key topics including the unified halal standard, means of improving the quality of halal food, facilitating halal food access to all Islamic states, in addition to enhancing export and import of halal food.
Al Amin stressed on the prominent standing of the event, which constitutes an invaluable opportunity to promote the Kingdom of Bahrain as an investment destination, and highlight its unique business environment.
