In a statement, he said the generous gesture is part of the noble humanitarian role the UAE is playing in Yemen where it protects people, including women and children, and provides treatment for the injured in the war by the Houthi rebel gangs on the Yemeni people and legitimacy.
He further commends the leaders of the UAE for extending humanitarian support for the underprivileged across the world.
He also praised Sudan for receiving some of the wounded and for playing a role in Operation Restoring Hope in Yemen saying the initiative reflects cooperation between Arab brothers.
