تہذیبی تصادم پر گفتگو کا آغاز تو 1992میں سیموئیل ہن ٹنگ ٹن نے کیاتھا اور نئے عالمی نظام کا خاکہ کھینچتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ آئندہ جنگیں اب نظریات اور قومیت پر نہیں بلکہ تہذیب و کلچر کی بنیاد پر لڑی جائیں گی اور جو اس میں سبقت لے جائے گا وہی نظام عالم کا سربراہ کہلائے گا۔ 1996میں ہن ٹنگ ٹن نے جب بالتفصیل اس کا خاکہ پیش کیا تو مفکرین اس بات کو بھانپ گئے تھےکہ یہ محض ایک مفروضہ نہیں بلکہ مڈل ایسٹ کے حوالے سے جنگی حکمت عملی کا مکمل دستاویز ہے۔ مسلم ممالک میں موجود مفکرین نے اس کا بھرپور تجزیہ کرکے مختلف حوالوں سے امت کو باخبر کرنے کی کوشش بھی کی لیکن شاید جو بات کہی گئی تھی کہ یہ جنگ نظریاتی سے زیادہ تہذیبی ہوگی تو وہ لوگ جو تہذیبی طور پر مغرب کے قریب تھے انہوں نے نظریات پر تہذیب کی بالادستی تسلیم کی اور تہذیبی طور پر اس خیمے کا حصہ بنے جنہیں ہم مغربی خیمہ کہتے ہیں لیکن وہ اس بات کو بھول گئے کہ یہ خالصتاً تہذیبی و نظریاتی دونوں جنگ ہے جس کا سرخیل صیہونی مقتدرہ ہے۔ عالمی چودھراہٹ کس کی قائم ہوگی،یہ تو آنے والا وقت بتائے گا لیکن مشرقی خیمہ جس کا آخری پڑائو پاکستان ہے اب بھی غیر یقینی صورتحال سے دوچار ہےممکن ہے کہ سقوط ایران کے بعد سقوط پاکستان پر عمل آوری ہولیکن ایک حد تک یہ عالمی طاقتوں کے کنٹرول میں ہے لہذا صورتحال کیا بنے گی اس کی پیش قیاسی قبل از وقت ہے۔چونکہ پاکستان نے ماضی میں بھی ’’دلالی‘‘کے ذریعہ اپنے آپ کو محفوظ کرلیا تھاتو ممکن ہے کہ آئندہ بھی وہ اپنے آپ کوکسی ایسے سودے کے ذریعہ محفوظ کرلے جو اسٹریٹجیکلی بہت ہی اہمیت کا حامل ہو۔ صیہونی مقتدرہ جسے عرف عام میں شیطانی مقتدرہ کہنا زیادہ مناسب لگتا ہے ،اپنے عروج کے کمال پر ہے۔شیطانی مقتدرہ کے لئے ایران و پاکستان اس لئے اہمیت کا حامل ہے کہ ان دونوں ممالک کی نہ تو عمومی قیادت اور نہ ہی رائے عامہ شام،مصر،اردن وغیرہ کی طرح صیہونی مقتدرہ کے زیر اثر ہے،پاکستان ایٹمی طاقت ہے جبکہ ایران نے بھی اس میں سبقت حاصل کر لی ہے لہذا مسجد اقصیٰ کی شہادت کواس وقت تک ملتوی رکھا جانا ہے جب تک کہ یہ دونوں طاقتیں بھی ان کے ہاتھوں اسیر نہ ہوجائیں ۔صیہونی نیتن یاہو ہیکل سلیمانی کی تعمیر میں اسی جلدی کا اظہار کررہا ہے جس جلد بازی کا مظاہرہ ہندوستان میں رام مندر کی تعمیر اور پران پرتیشٹھان کے لئے کیا گیا تھا۔نیتن یاہوغزہ کے حوالے سے جس طرح یہ سوچے بیٹھا تھا کہ اسے بس ایک دو دن میں قبضے میں کرلیاجائے گا اسی طرح اس نے ایران کے بارے میں بھی یہ گمان لگا رکھا تھا کہ شدید حملے کے بعد ایرانی قیادت دم توڑ دے گی اور بس اقتدار کی منتقلی کے ذریعہ کٹھ پتلی رضاپہلوی کو برسر اقتدارلا دیا جائے گا۔ لیکن شدید مزاحمت کے ساتھ جہاں اس نے عالمی طاقتوں سے مدد کی بھیک مانگنا شروع کردی ہے وہیں تمام صیہونی قیادتیں اب اس بات پر متفکر نظر آتی ہیں کہ آخر صیہونی ریاست کی رکھوالی کیسے کی جائے کہ غزہ کی تباہی کے ساتھ عالمی برادری جس طرح فلسطین کے ساتھ کھڑی ہوگئی ہے اسی طرح اب ایران کے ساتھ بھی ایک بڑی آبادی اسرائیل کے خلاف کھڑی نظر آرہی ہے۔صیہونی مقتدرہ حکومتوں کو کنٹرول کرنے میں تو کامیاب ہے لیکن وہ عوام الناس میں وہ بیانیہ جاری نہیں کروا پارہا ہے جو اس کی مظلومیت کو ثابت کرسکے جیسے اس نے ’’ہولوکاسٹ‘‘کے پروپگنڈہ کے ذریعہ ماضی میں عوامی حمایت و ہمدردی حاصل کی تھی۔ جس طرح غزہ میں حماس عوامی حمایت کے ساتھ نبرد آزما ہے اسی طرح تہران کی سڑکیں بھی ایرانی عوام سے بھری پڑی ہیں اور وہ اپنی قیادت کے ساتھ کھڑے نظر آرہے ہیں جبکہ اسرائیل میں ایسی افراتفری ہے کہ ہر صیہونی اپنی جان بچانے کے لئے مقبوضہ سرزمین کو خالی کر بھاگ جانا چاہتا ہے۔شیطان نیتن یاہو اپنے خونی کھیل میں نہ صرف اپنی عوام کی بلی چڑھا رہا ہے بلکہ اپنے خفیہ ایجنٹوں کے ذریعہ ان لوگوں کو بھی راستے سے ہٹا رہا ہے جو اس کی مخالفت میں سینہ سپر نظر آرہے ہیں۔ دراصل نیتن یاہو ہیکل کی تعمیر کا کریڈٹ حاصل کرکے وہ مسیحا بننا چاہ رہا ہے جس کے لئے یہودی برسوں سے منتظر ہیں۔ دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ نظام عالم کی درجہ بندی میں جہاں اسرائیل ،’’گریٹر اسرائیل ‘‘پر عمل آوری کے لئے پورے خطے کو دام فریب میں گرفتار کئے ہوئے ہے وہیں ہندوستان میں ’’اکھنڈ بھارت‘‘کی تحریک بھی اپنے عروج پر ہے۔ لہذا سقوط ایران جہاں ’’گریٹر اسرائیل‘‘کے راستے کو ہموار کرےگا وہیں سقوط پاکستان’’اکھنڈ بھارت‘‘ کی تکمیل کرے گا۔ اس گفتگو کےنتیجہ میں جب آپ دونوں کے سرحدی ممالک کا جائزہ لیں گے تو محسوس ہوگا کہ انتہائی ہوشیاری سے جہاں افغانستان میں فکری انحراف برپا کیا گیا وہی حالت بنگلہ دیش میں بھی کی گئی ہے یہ ویسے ہی ہے جیسے اسرائیل نے اردن ،شام اور مصر میں کیا ہے۔ صیہونی مقتدرہ کسی بھی طور اس بات کے لیے آمادہ نہیں کہ کوئی اس کے مد مقابل کھڑا ہوسکےاور اس کو چیلنج کرسکے ۔ اس کی دیرینہ خواہش تو یہ ہے کہ چھوٹی بڑی تمام طاقتیں اس کی باج گزار ہوں اور تمام کی قسمت کا وہ فیصلہ کرے۔
