Mr Raheem, during his stint at KIMS, has been involved in private equity funding transactions with some of the leading Private Equity funds in India – Ascent Capital, Orbimed and True North (former India Value Fund). His experience of working with the Private Equity partners and finally providing highly successful exit for the first round of investors has given him a very valuable exposure from the promoters’ perspective which he will be sharing in this session.

PC Musthafa is the CEO & co-founder of iD Fresh Foods which he made into a $100 million brand in a period of just 10 years, MBA (IIM Bangalore), BTech, 22+ years of experience in IT/Banking/FMCG, both as a professional and an entrepreneur.
Mr Musthafa has been able to successfully complete two rounds of fund raising for his company, iD Fresh Food from top Private Equity funds in India – Helion Ventures and Premji Invest, having raised a total amount of about $30 million which counts among the top private equity deals in India in the FMCG industry (in terms of value). His fund raising experience with the PE firms, especially the challenges which he had to face in order to get them to agree to Sharia compliant terms has given him a very valuable exposure which he will be sharing in this session.
