Maharashtra: School cannot start till Diwali, says Ajit Pawar
Pune: The second phase of ‘My Family, My Responsibility’ campaign has started. Ajit Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister of Pune, appealed to the people of Pune to support the campaign ‘Pune’s determination, deportation of Corona’ as a part of this campaign. Ajit Pawar distributed Corona Prevention Kits to PMP employees. School cannot start till Diwali, we will take a decision after Diwali after seeing the situation, informed Ajit Pawar. Ajit Pawar said that the school will not be started before Diwali.
Ajit Pawar said that we are going through the crisis of Corona epidemic. Intermediate social distance was ignored. The people of Pune have suffered the consequences. Initially, people were afraid to say that Corona had died, but now things are changing. Ajit Pawar appealed to the people to act responsibly to disprove the second wave that may come in December and January in Pune.
Pune residents have collected Rs 12.5 crore through no mask fines. This is not good. Many people wear a mask under the chin. Ajit Baba also slammed the people of Pune saying, “Baba, don’t take Corona lightly”.
Ajit Pawar said that in the meantime, some people kept taking medicines when they did not need them. Some didn’t care. They had to pay the price. The government and the administration are doing a good job. However, the government is expected to cooperate with the citizens.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, a review meeting was held in the Vidhan Bhavan Hall in Pune with the concerned senior officers to eradicate the ‘Kovid-19’ virus.
Also, the administration has launched a statewide campaign called ‘My Family, My Responsibility’ as part of the Corona Prevention Measures. The second phase of this campaign should be carried out more effectively with the help of local people’s representatives, NGOs etc. ‘Ajit Pawar also directed.
He directed the administration to reduce the death toll to zero by making meticulous planning, cracking down on non-masked citizens, and to be vigilant in case of outbreak of corona virus during Navratri, Dussehra and Diwali.
