Chennai,4 Jan 2023: A new book ‘Changing Nature of Indian State- Emerging Trends’ is going to be published soon by the Indu Press Delhi. The book is edited by journalist Syed Ali Mujtaba, its prologue written by Ishtiaq Ahmad, Professor Emeritus, Stockholm University, Sweden, and Foreword by John Dayal, Veteran Journalist, and Human Rights activist. The other high-profile names associated with the book are Ram Puniyani, Prem Singh, Irfan Engineer, Abdul Bari Masoud, etc.
The book is a compendium of 50 papers divided into TEN segments 1- Changing nature of the Indian State 2 – Changing Profile of Indian Political Parties 3- Changing Nature of Centre-State Relationship 4- Gender Issues 5 – India’s Foreign Policy 6- Marginalisation of Indian Muslims, 7- Christian Sikh Dalit and Adivisais issues 8 – Media Chapter 9- Focus Northeast India 10 – Focus Jammu and Kashmir.
