Riyadh to host tomorrow 1st meeting of FMs of countries bordering the Red Sea

RiyadhRiyadh : Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh will host on Wednesday the first meeting of foreign ministers of the Arab and African countries bordering the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.

The meeting will discuss means of joint coordination to protect and secure navigation in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden as well as maximizing the economic and commercial benefits of this vital international shipping corridor.

At the end of the meeting, a press conference will be held to announce the results of the discussions, where the ministers are expected to come up with a permanent mechanism for joint coordination among the Arab and African countries bordering the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
