Pune: (Advertorial) With the Prime Minister of India sharing his vision of Start Up India and Make in India, it has become even more essential than usual to create a generation of industry- ready citizens. Make no mistake that market industry is not equivalent to labour class. However, the current education system has been facing issues that have reduced the Indian Education System to a mere Academic Test.

In order to change the entire parameter of gauging students and their calibre Evergreen Education Foundation is conducting a One Day Conference on a National Level with a view to revamping the Indian Education System on, Sunday 20th November, 2016 at the Hilton Conrad, in Pune.

The Indian Education System has been constantly falling short in different spheres leaving many students in the lurch. The Evergreen Education Foundation decided that it is time when the citizens stop relying completely on the Government to make changes but instead we need a change that is proposed by citizens so as to ensure that their children will have a holistic development.

The Agenda of the Conference is to create a uniform integrate curriculum from Kashmir to Kanniyakumari with a view to bring children from different age groups on one uniform parameter. The sub agenda of the Conference is to induce “Experiential learning and Creativity” as a part of the core curriculum. The idea behind pushing for a Practical methodology is to make students more aware and ready for forthcoming challenges in their career.

The Conference has been made with a view to prepare a generation of industry – ready practical thinkers who have a holistic development right from school.

This Conference is targeting Educators as its focus audience right from School to University level. The outcome of the Conference will be printed in a uniform integrated curriculum handbook that will further be prepared by the Educationists attending the sessions.

The Conference will end with a Dear Minister session at the end of day to ensure that the views of these passionate educators are brought to the fore in front of the government. The Conference is an Exclusive Conference with 150 Educators from across the country coming to propound their views. Speakers age ranges from as young as 10 yrs to 65 yrs. Key Note Speakers include Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Mr. Tushar Gandhi, Ms. Kirthi Jayakumar and Ms. Ishita Katyal apart from a wide range of panellists that include Mrs. Arnawaz Damania and international photographer Zuber Memon.

The Evergreen Education Foundation is an institution instituted in 1997 by Mr. P Mohammed Kutty and his sons. The Foundation aims at “Reaching the unreached.” With a view to making this vision a reality the Foundation has started off with the idea of having this Conference.

This Conference is only the beginning of what is slated to be the next most important revolution in India. Passionate Educators, Educationists, concerned parents, and students seeking to make a genuine difference in the education
